Program Mission Statement-The Grand Forks Elementary School Counseling Program is dedicated to the education of the whole child - intellectually, socially, emotionally, culturally and physically. Together, we share the responsibility of helping each student reach their potential as a contributing citizen in our rapidly changing global society.

Program Vision Statement - The students of Grand Forks Public Schools are high-achieving learners who graduate, college and career ready, well prepared to meet the challenges and high expectations of the 21st century. Students participate in rigorous curriculum and have opportunities for personal growth. They are supported by the comprehensive school counseling program which facilitates partnerships between the school, family and community. As successful, life-long learners and productive citizens, our students achieve to their fullest potential, making a positive difference in our school and community.
